This protein-rich smoothie based on coffee and peanut butter will satisfy both your needs for energy and something delicious. Just combine everything in a blender and whip it up for a moment or two, then you’ll be good to go again.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (either unflavoured or vanilla)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter
- A handful of ice
Directions
Throw it all in the blender and go! Blend for about 30-45 seconds and pour into a glass over ice.
