Peach protein power smoothie

Do you want to cool down on a sunny day without compromising on your nutrition? Try this refreshing smoothie filled with fruit and good proteins from skimmed milk and whey protein. Living healthily doesn't have to be boring.

Ingredients

30 g clear whey protein with orange-taste (vanilla whey protein is fine too)

150 ml skimmed milk

150 g crushed ice cubes

150 g canned peaches

½ tsp. turmeric

Method

1. PIf your ice cubes are not pre-crushed, put them in a plastic bag and beat them lightly with a hammer or rolling pin on a cutting board.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

3. Blend for 2-3 minutes at high speed till everything is smooth and creamy.

4. Serve in a glass and enjoy your refreshing power smoothie.
