Ingredients
30 g clear whey protein with orange-taste (vanilla whey protein is fine too)
150 ml skimmed milk
150 g crushed ice cubes
150 g canned peaches
½ tsp. turmeric
Method
1. PIf your ice cubes are not pre-crushed, put them in a plastic bag and beat them lightly with a hammer or rolling pin on a cutting board.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend for 2-3 minutes at high speed till everything is smooth and creamy.
4. Serve in a glass and enjoy your refreshing power smoothie.
