Protein Oat Smoothie

For a quick breakfast or delicious snack, this smoothie is packed with healthy nutrients and the great taste of oats, spinach, blueberry and cinnamon combined with milk and Greek yoghurt. Plus, the whey protein powder gives an extra protein boost to get you going!

Ingredients

  • 50 g oats
  • 30 g spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 50 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 150 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 scoop whey powder
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method

  1. Add all ingredients (excluding the cinnamon) to a smoothie maker or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add water if needed.
  4. Serve in a glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
