No-Bake Oat Protein Balls

Simply blend, shape and refrigerate, and you’re ready to enjoy these power balls. Packed with protein, dates, maple syrup and cinnamon, their great mix of flavours and energy will set you up for the day. And they are as easy to make as they are delicious!

Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 1 scoop whey powder
  • 280 g pitted soft dates
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Method

  1. Put the oats in a blender and pulse.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a dough is formed.
  3. Shape into 20 balls and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
