Banana Protein Pancakes

Indulge your family in the morning or whip up a quick afternoon snack. These pancakes are both healthy and delicious. Boasting with protein from the whey, egg whites and Greek yoghurt. And with natural sweetness from the banana – no sugar added.

Ingredients

  • 50 g whey protein powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 125 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the batter is nice and smooth.
  2. Fry the pancakes on a non-stick pan in a splash of oil.
  3. Serve with a handful of fresh berries, a little honey or whatever you prefer.
