- 50 g whey protein powder
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tbs flour
- 125 ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the batter is nice and smooth.
- Fry the pancakes on a non-stick pan in a splash of oil.
- Serve with a handful of fresh berries, a little honey or whatever you prefer.
