Ingredients
- 250 ml low-fat milk
- 140 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey powder
- 1 frozen banana
- Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
- Ice (optional)
How to Make Whey Protein Shake
- Put the Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla whey protein powder and frozen banana into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add milk if needed to get the right consistency.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
