Ingredients
30 g whey protein
125 g Greek yoghurt 10 % fat
125 g blackberries
125 ml whole milk
Method
1. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth.
2. Pour mixture into 3 ice pop moulds and fill to the top and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid.
3. To remove the ice pops from the moulds, let them rest on the kitchen table for a few minutes.
