Jose Antonio

Professor, PhD, Associate Professor and Director of the Exercise and Sports Science Program, Department of Health and Human Performance, Nova Southeastern University, USA. Jose Antonio lives in South Florida and has been involved in the sports nutrition and fitness industry for nearly three decades. Jose earned his PhD in skeletal muscle physiology - and for the past two decades has been teaching and researching in the area of sports nutrition. He is the Director of the Exercise and Sport Science program at Nova Southeastern University.

Stuart Phillips

Professor, Director, Physical Activity Centre of Excellence (PACE), McMasterUniversity Department of Kinesiology Dr. Stuart Phillips’ research is focused on the impact of nutrition and exercise on human skeletal muscle protein turnover. He is also keenly interested in diet and exercise-induced changes in body composition. In addition to being a full Professor in Kinesiology, he is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Medicine at McMaster University. He is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American College of Nutrition (ACN).
